How long does it take to install a rail-suspended mobile partition project?
After validation of your order, we immediately launch phase 1 of your project. Thanks to our stock of standard rails, this first step consists in setting up an appointment for the installation and upgrading of the rail. If your configuration requires it, we also install an acoustic barrier. Meanwhile, your panels are custom made, with millimeter-precision. Their delivery takes about six weeks, excluding periods of factory closure.
As soon as the panels are received, phase 2 can begin. It consists of finalizing the installation on site, adjusting each panel individually in order to ensure perfect alignment and optimal functioning. This intervention is quick, clean and limits the nuisances for your teams and your spaces.
What is the warranty on mobile walls?
Our partitions benefit from the manufacturer's legal warranty, covering 100% of all defects for a period of two years. Once this period has elapsed, the responsibility of the manufacturer is no longer incurred. To ensure the longevity of the system, we strongly recommend annual maintenance carried out by our specialized teams. Do not hesitate to contact us for more information.

Can we move/reconfigure the partitions after installation?
Yes, reconfiguration is entirely possible and is part of the requests that we deal with regularly. It is simply necessary to ensure that the heights under (false) ceilings are compatible between the spaces concerned. And if this is not the case, our teams know how to be inventive to find tailor-made solutions.
What about the management of installation waste?
The evacuation of waste resulting from installation is integrated into our offer. It is provided by a company specialized in the treatment of professional waste. This responsible approach is part of our internal policy on sustainability and own site management.
